Nikki has dedicated her life to movement, wellness, and the healing power of the outdoors. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she believes yoga is more than exercise — it’s a practice that builds strength, balance, and connection both on and off the mat. Nikki's approach to teaching is rooted in accessibility, encouragement, and joy. She'll meet you where you are, offering creative sequencing and space for growth — whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-standing practice.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Nikki blends mindful movement with functional strength. Drawing from her background as an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she creates classes that are grounding, accessible, and empowering.
Beyond the studio, Nikki serves as the Executive Director of a county-wide health coalition, where she works daily to advance community well-being. In every class she teaches, she brings energy, encouragement, and a deep belief in the power of movement to help people feel strong, centered, and fully alive.
