I am a certfied group fitness instructor through ACE and have been teaching exercise classes since 1997. I have been working for the same gym since earning my certification. I have been trained and am certified in Body Flow and Body Step through Les Mills International. I am able to teach a variety of classes including biking, Body Step, Body Flow, traditional step, high and low aerobics, muscle conditioning and stretching. I also teach a class to an older population called Young at Heart.
I am also the Body Flow coordinator for Brick Bodies. My responsibilities include recruiting new Body Flow instructors, assessing current instructors and assist with training the new Body Flow instructors.
