Stacey Beer earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and was also certified by the American Council on Exercise in 1994, having over 14 years experience. Stacey has worked with prenatal/pregnant/postpartum women, older adults and special populations. She has also worked with individuals with back and neck injury. For several years she worked with a chiropractor as well as in the corporate and commercial fitness field as a fitness professional and in management positions. Stacey has a new found interest in working with our younger population and the pursuit of better nutrition for all ages. Having two young children of her own, Stacey has come to empathize with the individual who has a very busy schedule and seeks the maximal benefit from an efficient workout routine and overall wellness plan. Outside of training, Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her children, traveling, camping, softball and snowboarding among other exciting activities. Stacey enjoys motivating others to improve their quality of life and will work with you toward your goals of better health and wellbeing. Together she will work with you to create a specific and realistic plan that will work in with your lifestyle.
