I began training in Pilates right after the birth of my daughter in 1996 in a vain attempt to reshape my body and reach my pre-pregnancy weight. It became apparent within the first 2 sessions that this would become a lifelong practice and passion. After 6 months of training 3-4 times a week, I was thrilled with the results. My abs were getting stronger, my muscles felt long and lean and best of all my clothes were too big for me!
Deciding to make a career change, teaching Pilates was a natural fit. As a Stott trained Pilates instructor, I hope to encourage others to take control of their mind and body in the same manner I have.
