I have been instructing group fitness classes in many fitness clubs, for small and large groups for the past five years. i got involved mostly in pilates due to a lower back problem which caused pain off and on for a few years. The pilates stretches and exercises rehabilitated my low back and I have been very excited to share my knowledge with everyone. I love the way I feel great all the time and want everyone to look and feel great, too. I work in a doctor's office providing back rehab through pilates, which helps patients understand the importance of stretching everday.
