- Kerry Smith
Kerry has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years. She began her career as a collegiate Athletic Trainer and eventually settled into a career as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist/Adjunct College Faculty. Kerry worked at Harvard University as a Personal Trainer/Group Exercise instructor for over 8 years and most recently worked as the Associate Director of Fitness and Recreation at Curry College. Kerry received her Bachelors from Bridgewater State College in Physical Education/Athletic Training and her Masters of Education from Wichita State University in Sport Administration. Kerry is a former collegiate volleyball player while studying at Bridgewater State College.
Kerry holds a variety of certifications including: Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (NSCA), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM) and Athletic Trainer-Retired (NATA). Kerry also holds a variety of group exercise certifications including TRX, Schwinn Cycling, Aqua Training and Primary Group Exercise.
Kerry specializes in performance training as well as overall general fitness. She has focused on specific populations including, but not limited to: Athletic performance, injury prevention, sport specific training, bride training and weightloss.
