I have been a dancer for 20 years and began group fitness in 2000, teaching aerobics classes for my college gym and New York Sports Clubs. I am a full-time school teacher now and teach group fitness classes at two gyms during the week. Over the years, I have been certified in kickboxing, pilates, dance, personal training, and primary aerobics. I have high energy and enjoy getting people involved in a fun, non-threatening healthy fitness routine and lifestyle.
