Roxanne Montalvo-Tsai

Roxanne Montalvo-Tsai is a Part Time Fitness Enthusiast during the evening/Full Time Administrative Assistant at an office during the day. She started out as a member at Lucille Roberts and loved the classes so much that she became a Group Fitness Instructor teaching Salsa Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, and Body Sculpt. After getting certified with AFAA, she has been teaching at The New York Health and Racquet Club since 2006. Here is a list of the AMAZING classes she can do at your resort location: ZUMBA! (R) - Aerobics/dance class using the hottest Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia and Soca/Calypso jams. Let your hair down and burn calories while having a great time! All Levels. Cardio Kickboxing (similar to Tae Bo) - energy filled class designed to make your waistline smaller with amazing fast paced music and easy to follow kickboxing routine. All Levels. Body Sculpt/Conditioning - similar to Cardio Sculpt because the Warm Up is intense and gets you pumped and ready to Sculpt your body! Tone Arms, Sculpt Sexy Buns and Thighs. Finishes off with a great Ab routine, and Cool Down Stretch. All Levels. Hi/Low Aerobics - High Energy music set to Old School Aerobics with easy to follow routine. Burn major calories and finish off with a great Cool Down/Stretch routine. Personal Training Sessions can be accommodated upon request!
