Jill McIsaac

From a very early age, Jill was aware of fitness and its contribution to sports performance. Her drive to be her personal best in athletics was the force behind her drive for knowledge in fitness. Upon completing high school Jill decided to pursue the Tourism industry completing her diploma with honors while working various jobs at a ski resort including ski and snowboard instruction. Becoming a certified personal trainer was a natural transition for Jill. Being an active competitor in the Quebec amateur Kickboxing league, she felt that she could better herself in her sport through further education. Because of this passion, and her desire to share information with others, she felt that there was a place for her in the health and fitness community. Currently Jill is been running a group fitness club within her community. Her clients enjoy a boot camp style program and a group stretch program. The emphasis is on fun, friendship, and results. She enjoys helping her clients reach their goals through her group fitness program as well as through personal training.
