Patricia is a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor with 15 years of diverse yoga teaching experience at venues around the world. Her inclusive teaching style invites beginners and seasoned yogis alike to immerse themselves in a transformative mind-body experience infused with a variety of strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation and meditation.
Patricia added a national certification in 2024, retraining and recertifying as a Group Exercise Instructor with ACE - American Council on Exercise. Patti currently teaches Low Impact group exercise classes weekly including Balance & Stretch and Pilates-Barre Fusion in addition to All Levels yoga. In the summers in her hometown of Chattanooga, TN, Patricia also teaches weekly water fitness classes at an outdoor pool.
