I have been taking or teaching step aerobics for 12 years. I have taught step, hi/lo, aqua and special populations classes. I also enjoying running. I have completed 6 half marathons and plan to complete 3 more this year. I also bike, hike and cross country ski. I have traveled with fitbodies to Jamaica in the past and would love to do it again. I would also love to attend the fit beach program!
