I am a Fitness Instructor Specialist with Can fit Pro and currently work with seniors. I have post secondary education in physical education including anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. I attend fitness conferences regularly to update my knowledge of fitness. I learned about fitbodies through a personal trainer I met on vacation in the Dominican Republic. I love to travel to Mexico and the Carribean. My husband travels with me and we both love to escape the cold Canadian winters. I would love the opportunity to share my passion of fitness with everybody.
