My name is Lauren Vietmeier. I am currently a senior at Slippery Rock University. I am majoring in Exercise Science and have a minor in Gerontology. I will graduate in May after I complete my internship at the end of March. Right now I am interning in corporate fitness with a company called Wellness Solutions at Work. I have been teaching group fitness for approximately 6 months and love it! I have taught Boot Camp, Sculpt, Pilates, Circuit Training and Silver Sneakers. I will be teaching Spinning in the near future.
