I am a divorced mother of 4 children. I currently hold the position of Adult Program Coordinator at the Phoenixville Branch of the Freedom Valley YMCA. In addition to my Primary Group Certification through AFAA, I am proud to say I am a Certified Tae Bo instructor. I also am certified to teach Zumba -- great fitness for a tropical vacation! Needless to say, I am in need of a vacation and love the idea of continuing to teach while in a different setting. I truly love helping people change their lives and find a way to workout that is fun and effective.
