I graduated with a degree in health care administration. While in college (about two years ago), I taught aqua aerobics, sculpt/strength, circuit training, and abs/core classes. I have been a group fitness instructor for 2 years now. I also teach Zumba, a latin inspired aerobics. My technique and style in fitness is primarily influence by my love of music and dancing. I also strive for flexibility and endurance that's why I got my certifications in Pilates and by this March, Yoga. I am also getting studying to get my NASM personal training certification.
