Kelly Badinghaus

Hello everyone! My name is Kelly Badinghaus, AFAA certified group fitness instructor, ACE certified personal trainer, Zumba Instructor, Silver Sneakers instructor, and hold a bachelor degree in Health Promotions and Exercise. I have been in the health and exercise field for approximately six years now and I absolutely love my career! A passion for helping others reach their fitness goals is the reason I chose this profession. As I have been teaching group exercise for a number of years now, I was introduced to Zumba and became a certified instructor 2 years ago and I have to say it is my absolute favorite class to teach as I have extensive background in dance.
