Angela Stamey

Hello, my name is Angela Stamey. I currently reside in Canton, Ms, located right outside of Jackson. I am married to Rob and we have one daughter, Alexa, age 10. Exercise is our pasttime and passion. My husband is a bodybuilder and I myself a figure competitor. Luckily for me I work at the Courthouse Racquet and Fitness Club where I get to practice my passion daily. I teach a variety of high intensity classes: bootcamp, sculpting, kickboxing, spinning, and step. But I can teach to any level and any age. The rest of my day I spend personal training or working with instructors . Before a career in fitness, I taught school for 15 years. This is where I realized I have a gift for teaching and motivating. While teaching, I coached the Delta State University cheerleaders (Div II) to three national championships. This is where I developed my passion for fitness and training.
