I have been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember, participating in all types of activities including step, yoga, kickboxing, spinning, pilates,urban rebounding, and weight training. I chose to become a spinning instructor to encourage others to participate in a fun and demanding aerobic activity that anyone of any fitness level or coordination ability can perform. I tell my students anyone can ride a bike and that "it is their ride". I encourage my students to challenge themselves but always instruct that when they have reached their personal max, not to worry about what others are doing. I am also a serious weight trainer and health advocate. Fitness combines both mental and physical well being. I believe what you give to your body will affect what your body & mind can give to you. " We are each a work in progress". Every day, every week, every month, it keeps getting better.
