I specialize in Hatha-Raja-Vinyasa, which unifies the mind and body through the linking of the breath and movement. The practice starts with pranayama and visualization to prepare the mind to be receptive. Through hip-opening postures and back-bends, the spirit will radiate. Asanas will be dynamic and heat building, a sweaty and athletic approach to yoga. Concentration is on strength building and flexibility.
