My professional mission as a wellness coach and personal trainer is to guide and educate people in improving their quality of life by restoring their physical fitness and energy, guiding their nutritional choices, and defining their personal goals and values. I find that when people are away from their usual habits and routines of daily life, and are searching for rejuvenation and renewal, they are often particularly receptive to messages of wellness and balance. As a result, they are often eager and willing to "test drive" or try out new concepts of balance and wellness in their lives whether that is through coaching or training. I enjoy and embrace every minute of that journey and experience with them!
