Kimberly Natali

Over the past 10 years i have taught pilates in a group fitness environment as well as privates one on one. I am currently employed at a Pilates Studio in New Jersey. I work with all types of clients. After surviving cervical cancer and having a hysterectomy, i have become passionate about helping women regain use of their abdominal muscles after surgery or c-section. I want women to feel good about themselves in mind & body.
