DeAnn O’Donovan has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level through Yoga Alliance. DeAnn is trained in multiple styles of yoga including flow yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Tibetan , Tantra and Kundalini yoga, as well as laughing yoga, children’s yoga, partner yoga and yoga for seniors . DeAnn is also a Certified Reiki Master.
DeAnn is a co-founder and teacher at Bliss Yoga Studios. Her classes incorporate strength, stretch, balance and endurance training into a flowing series of poses that are suitable for both beginner and intermediate students.
