As a certified group fitness instructor I have had the opportunity to teach hi/lo aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, bootcamp, spinning, rebounder, stability ball, body toning/sculpting, weight training for women, fit over fifty, yoga/pilates to a variety of clients. My clientele has ranged from teaching yoga to the Wagner College Women's swim team to Fit Over Fifty Salsa Dance Aerobic classes. As a fitness instructor, I strive to teach individuals how to make fitness a fun part of their everyday lives. I am constantly studying and researching ways to improve the quality of one's life through proper nutrition, exercise and relaxation. I feel that the best part of being a group fitness instructor is making people feel good about themselves through physical fitness. I intend to further my career in fitness and become a personal trainer.
