Being involved in dance and sports from a very young age, my natural path in life went towards fitness. Looking for something to supplement my professional ballet career, I started training on the Nautilus and MedX machines at the personal training studio where I worked as the Office Manager. Once I discovered the benefits weight lifting had on my ballet dancing, I became hooked. I earned my certification through American Council on Exercise and started training clients at my gym. The human body is an art form, and I am happy to not only be able to help sculpt but to also enhance the functionality of it. Helping clients discover the beauty and freedom in their bodies has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to what the future holds for health and fitness.
