Anish Manrai

I am USPTA certified tennis professional, currently serving as the Tennis Supervisor (Junior Tennis Director and Tournament Director) for Midtown Athletic Clubs (Tennis Corporation of America). I serve as the Illinois Vice-Presisdent of the USPTA Midwest division and was named as the 2007 USPTA Illinois Tennis Professional of the Year. I earned my Masters degree in International Business from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Mumbai, India. I played professional tennis of the ATP tour from 1999-2001. I played tennis for the University of Sydney and was ranked in the top 5 in New South Wales, Australia. I was the captain of the tennis team at the University of Mumbai and the number 1 ranked player in the college. I was ranked among the top 25 players on the Indian National circuit. I am married and my family hails from Mumbai, India. My dad is an executive pilot, my mother worked in the banking industry for 25 years and my sister owns and manages a design company specializing in home decorations and furnishings.
