  1. Julia Pennington had been practicing yoga and teaching fitness classes in Cincinnati, Ohio for over twenty years. She found her way to teaching Ashtanga-Vinyasa style yoga seventeen years ago in Los Angeles. Julia is certified by Yoga Fit through level 3, and trained by master level teachers Mark Hearn and Beth Marik. With an additional training background in pilates and AFAA personal training, Julia teaches a challenging and creative Vinyasa flow class rendering close detail to body mechanics, or kinesiology. Julia has additional training in pre and postnatal exercise design as well as relaxation techniques and meditation from Dr. Steve Amoils at the Alliance Integrative Medicine Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, which makes a nice compliment to the yoga classes she teaches.
