Robin Alam

I am a certified NASM-PES and Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist.  I Have been working in the fitness/rehab industry since 1997 to present.  I am currently the Personal Training Director at a Physical Therapy clinic in Willowbrook, Illinois.  My clients have ranged from 6 year old youths to 85 year old grand parents.  I love what I do.
