I was a classical ballet dancer who transitioned into fitness after an injury ended my career early. I went to college and received a degree in Health Education and have been in the field every since. Even with a year as a pastry chef in NYC, and working as an actress, i also maintained a client list to keep my foot in the field of health and fitness. I began as a trainer in NYC at the Vertical club and helped them open their 2nd club as one of their leading personal trainers. I then moved on to Equinox and worked at their first club before they went public and as well became one of the top trainers before going off on my own and starting my own business. I maintained a list of diverse clients in NYC and LA (for a 4 your stint) and back to NYC where i finally (after having studied pilates since i was 13) persued my certification as a Pilates instructor at the prestigious Romana's Pilates here in NYC. I have taught pilates in NYC, Miami, Frankfurt and fly to clients homes all over the country. I now focus mainly on my pilates work but maintain many fitness clients as well. I teach group classes at the YMCA of NYC, my classes are the most popular in the entire fitness program even during the day on a week day i maintain 25-35 students in my body sculpt and pilates mat classes.
