For as long as I can remember I have been active. Whether it was ballet, soccer, volleyball, swimming, kayaking or rock climbing......I was always and am always moving! Most recently, I have been involved with adventure races and triathlons! They are both challenging and rewarding. CrossFit is a new type of workout that I'm "killing myself" with daily! My husband of 13 years is active duty military (Army) and we love traveling. We now have a 7 month old baby boy and he is a handful!
