As a certified fitness instructor and 200 YTT yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience, the opportunity to provide classes while enjoying the beautiful climate in the Caribbean is a dream.   My intention is to allow participants to discover their body and move it the way it was intended to move with strength, mobility and confidence.  With a beautiful flow, a strong power class or deep stretches, we calm the mind, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness and self-discovery.   Expect to sweat, work, smile and leave just a little happier then when you walked into my class.

I have completed my 200 hr Yoga Certification with Marianne Wells Yoga School. This has brought me balance, serenity and calmness into my life.  I love sharing the gift of yoga with others.  True happiness can be found in the yoga lifestyle.   I'm also a certified Personal trainer and have clients both at the gym and online.  

I currently teach over 10 classes a week (fitness/pilates/yoga) at Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Rideau.  I am the owner.  

I love teaching and motivating people.  I can draw a large client base, and truly enjoy what I do.
