I have been a student of Ballet, Jazz and Modern dance for 16 years. From this area of my life I developed a passion for fitness and how it applies to an everyday lifestyle. I began strength training on my own 10 years ago and from there have grown to a point where I enjoy passing on that passion to others! I love teaching Group X classes and look forward to each class and meeting new people. I love seeing the the excitement of the participants faces as they see results and hear their stories.
On a personal level I have been married for 24 years to a wonderful man and have 5 wonderful kids ranging from 24 to 14. I enjoy working out, scrapbooking, cooking, crocheting and reading.
