I love health & fitness!  I love to inspire, educate & motivate people of all ages.  My favorite client is the beginner because they are so willing to learn & I love to experience the moment when they "get it".  I love to work on an emotional level with people & show them that fitness is mind, body & spirit.  It take all 3 aspects to become whole. 

I started in personal training mostly for my own use.  I love to lift weights.  I realized how much I encouraged other women to lift weights & to want more out of exercise.  I then started teaching Yoga & Pilates-based classes.  Later expanded to belly dance & latin inspired dance/exercise classes.  This summer I will be doing boot camps.
