Lori Arrechea

Lori is passionate about the balance yoga can bring to one's daily life.  She feels fortunate everyday she is able to share the joy of yoga with her students. Lori currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.  She is a certified Level III yoga instructor with YogaFit, and has been teaching for 8 years.  She enjoys her classes at local studios, private gyms, corporate fitness centers, and neighborhood recreation facilities.  She guides her students with a mix of warmth and energy, along with calm and focus.  She embraces the uniqueness of all individuals, and hopes to help develop each student's own awareness of their inner strength, insight, and love for life through yoga.
