Janel Swanson

Janel has been in the fitness industry for 25 years, teaching a huge variety of group fitness classes, personal training and owning & operating her own chain of health clubs as well as training numerous personal trainers and fitness instructors over the years.  She loves to teach with humor and energy. 

Her degrees and certificates include: ACE, AFAA, NASM, AEA, IYCA, FiTour, Physical Mind Institute, YogaFit, and more.  Janel enjoys teaching all levels of fitness and loves to make sure people get a great workout along with having a fun time and a lot of laughter.
