I have been involved with the fitness industry for more than 20 years.  I believe that exercise should be a part of everyone’s life. Whether you enjoy walking, weightlifting, bicycling, swimming or some other activity, exercise helps keep you healthy. A well-designed exercise plan should change along with your interests, needs and desires. Regardless, the program should challenge you, yet not be so demanding that it leaves you overly fatigued.
