I have been practicing Yoga for seven years. I am highly motivated to expand my knowledge of this mind/body practice. In addition to my required continuing education for my certification, I attend conferences and am continually reading and exploring the practice on my own. I have taught many types of yoga such as traditional hatha style, form-based (Iyengar inspired), power yoga, vinyasa flow, children's yoga, adaptive yoga, and kundalini. I teach at all levels, enjoying the physical challenge of intermediate/advanced classes as much as returning to the roots of yoga in a beginner class. I am able to offer modifications for special needs, injuries as well as options for pre/post-natal participants.
