Ellen Weirich is currently the Aquatics Coordinator at Rutgers, the State Univeristy of New Jersy where she has been teaching and coordinating programs for the past seven years. Ellen is an Instructor trainer for the American Red Cross and US Water Fitness Association and has been teaching their programs since 1992. She has taught many hundreds of people of all ages to swim, improve their conditon through water resistance and aerobic training, save lives and has taught others to do the same. As a volunteer Instructor Trainer for the Arthritis Foundation for the past eight years, Ellen has helped many people to improved their quality of life through water exercise and health education. You will see Ellen's passion about water fitness and love for people shine through as she instructs her classes. Ellen is experienced in leading fitness classes and personal trianing on land and in water. She specializes in making all of her training sessions fun and easy to follow and is skilled at modifying exercises for people with disabilities, injuries or health concerns.
