Frances Perillo

     I have been an exercise enthusiast for the past 35 years.  It was only 5 years ago that I decided to persue a certification in group exercise.  I work part time as an instructor and full time as an elementary school teacher.  My age serves as a great motivator to men and woman of all fitness levels.  I am able to relate to all age groups, and motivate through example and instruction.  I look forward to the opportunities Profitness can provide in combining vacation with fitness.
