As a teacher with many years of experience teaching group classes, corporate classes, beginner classes and private clients, I feel very comfortable teaching all levels of students in a variety of enviroments, tailoring yoga classes to meet individual students' needs, and creating a safe, comfortable environment where students can practice yoga according to their needs.
