I am a nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a National Fitness Presenter for the International Sports & Conditioning Association. I've been in the fitness industry more than 20 years, working with children through senior adults. I hold certifications in Group Fitness training, Pilates, YogaBall, Kickboxing, Water Aerobics, and Spinning, as well as specialty training in arthritis exercises, stretching, flexibility & core training, and sports conditioning. Additionally, I hold a Masters degree in Exercise Science.
I enjoy participating in charity bike rides of 30-, 60-, 100-, and 150-mile rides to raise awareness and funds. I also participate in various distance running events, up to half marathons. In addition, I volunteer to coach and train various children's soccer and baseball teams. When I'm not promoting healthy lifestyles among my class participants and clients, I enjoy spending time with my family camping, traveling and exploring.
