Denisegg Grushin

My name is Denise Grushin I am 41 years old. I am married with two children. I live in Randolph, NJ I lived here for 12 years I original from New York. I started my career in fitness after my first son was born. I gain alot of weight but was not ready to join a gym so I purchased video tapes and did the treadmill. I lost 55lbs and got pregant again to my second son. I didn't gain as much weight as I did with my first but I did find it was harder to loose. That is when I knew I had to do something. I joined the YMCA took night classes found the ones that interested me. I love kickboxing I love music that motivates. If the music don't work it just dosen't feel right. I met great instructors who were very supportive which I believe eveyone needs especially when you are trying to loose weight. One night in the parking lot I was approached by the instructor of a kickboxing class I had taken and she said you are so motivated you have great energy I think this is for you. We spoke some more and I did some research and decided I was going to do it. Here I am 5 years later I still love what I do I love the people I meet the lives I touch. The difference I make in someone liofe even if it's just for one hour. It's worth it.
