I am a graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Health and Fitness. My passion is working out with others and we all feel good at the end of the session. My nickname is Sargent Buttercup. I am very sweet but make my participants feel the soreness the next day.
I am certified with AFAA in Personal Training and Group Exercise and I have a certification in TRX group course training.
