I have been involved in fitness all of my adult life, initially as a martial arts instructor and more recently as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  My instruction style is interactive; People tend to respond well to an instructor both capable and willing to work beside them.  For the past eight years I have devoted several hours a day to physical fitness training.  Additionally my group classes provide a fun atmosphere where attendees feel a sense of accomplishment as well as enjoyment.  I believe physical fitness is necessary to provide a sense of well being, self confidence and balance within our lives.  I would like to be a part of that personal balance people are seeking, while relaxing and enjoying their vacation.  My resistance training background provides a firm base for personal training techniques.  My group fitness instruction and martial arts instruction expreience can provide the positive experience we try to attain on our vacations.
