I started practicing Classical Pilates and Pilates-based conditioning over ten years ago as a means to help rehabilitate serious back and neck injuries. I’ve lived with pain and discomfort which gravely effected my life in many ways, it became a roadblock in hindering my exercise routines, any form of movement, recreation, daily activities, my corporate career, family-life, and the list continues. incorporating Pilates practice into my active lifestyle has helped heal and strengthen me in ways traditional chiropractic, physical therapy, and gym “training” simply couldn’t. Since then this practice and experience in physical transformation I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves to live pain free!! Since then I have successfully completed the Pilates Mat Certification under the mentorship of Kelly Kane at the Kane School of Core Integration. It is an honor to be able to help, heal and dramatically improve the breath, movement and FITness levels of diverse individuals who are committed to BEing GOODness.
