I have been a "fitness fanatic" for as long as I can remember.......I enjoyed athletics in high school playing volleyball, softball, and kickline, etc. When the fitness craze begin in the '80's, I was one of the first to teach "aerobic dance" and was called an "aerobics instructor". Since then, I married and have successfully raised three children. I went back to school to become a phys. ed. teacher recently to help combat the "childhood obesity" epidemic. I also work in a local gym teaching all kinds of classes to women, men, and children.
My personal philosophy on health and fitness:
"Physical challenges do more than strengthen the body - they build courage, confidence, will power and inner peace." "Fitness is a journey not a destination. It must be continued for the rest of your life." Kenneth Cooper.
