Laura Bushey

I began teaching group exercise in San Francisco at the University of San Francisco in 1992.  I continued to teach in and around the Bay Area for 4 more years.  In 1995,  I taught in Canada for about a year.  In 1996, I began working at Canyon Ranch in The Berkshires for ten years as a full-time fitness instructor.  I spent 2 years in management at Canyon Ranch.  In 2005 I began my own business as a personal trainer in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut.  I teach group classes in the community and attend conferences on a regular basis.  My knowledge in all aspects of the fitness industry is varied and current.
