Felicia Bessen

I have been a professional group fitness instructor since college in 1988. In 1997 I became the Group Fitness Coordinator for Equinox Fitness Clubs and oversaw their group fitness programming. I supervised the 85th and 92nd Street location through 2001. Then moved to Long Island and became the Group Fitness Manager for the Woodbury location from 2002 through 2005. I have been a dancer, avid cyclist and have studied nutrition since my youth.
