I started teaching group exercise classes about 5 years ago, and have loved it from the moment I started! I began by teaching step aerobics then slowly added in kickboxing, toning, and even hip-hop classes. I began grad school in the fall of 2007, so I had to take a little break from teaching, and I have missed it so much! I can't wait to start teaching again on a regular basis once I'm finally done with grad school. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy and have a B.S. in health science. My knowledge of the human body allows me to effectively teach my participants and my enthusiasm makes my classes one of a kind! I love to lead group exercise classes and lead people to a healthy lifestyle.
