Actively involved in fitness for 10+ years. Native of Virginia Beach, Virginia currently residing in South Carolina. I have played baseball since the age of 8 and played on the collegiate level. I hold belts in American Style Kickboxing, Arnis, and two forms of Tae Kwon Do. I enjoy weight lifting, golfing, skiing, most sports, spending time with friends and family. I have done over 1000 personal training sessions in the last year.
