Jonna is a certified Group fitness instructor through American Council on Exercise with
an emphasis in dance. She has been a dancer and athlete for over ten years, and
has been choreographing and teaching for five years. She has studied and trained at a
variety of Professional schools including New York's Broadway Dance Center, and San Francisco's
Dance Mission theater. Her passion for dance, and teaching led her to the world of fitness.
She has been teaching group exercise at a number of gyms for over two years and loves every
minute of it. Some of her popular classes include: Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Hip Hop aerobics,
cycle, and step interval. Motivating participants with energy, great music and fun creative work outs
helps distract participants from their discomfort, allowing them to have a successful hard work out. Her
goal is to teach, inspire, educate, and create attainable safe goals that meet individual needs.
